Chole decided to go on a road trip right before her senior year at colege.she decided to go by herself.she was pasing though small towns.
While she was driving, she realized that she hit something. She stopped. She got out of thr car. She had hit someone. He was dead. She called 911 but her cell phone did not get a signle.
She walked and flaged an officer down. When they arived the officer examined the body of the man. The man was homeless. He had served in the military and has ptsd. He was well liked in the community. Apearently he ran for mayor and won. He was the mayor although it was more ceremonial then an actual job.
When the police arived, they considered this a political assassination. She fully cooperated with the investigation. She even declined to seak a lawyer. She hoped that by cooperating she could avoid getting in trouble.
She was grilled extensively by every officer in the town and county sherefs office. They treated her like an enemy soldier from another country. Aperently the area was part of an area that tried to be admitted to the unuon but was not permitted to become there own sate. The county was given to an existing sate. There was a revolt. The area declared itself to be an independent sate seprate from the united sates. The locals refer it to as the blue gazebo battle. It was realy a stare down. There was no gun fire. The sate militia was called in but nothing happened. The revolt endeed when the pastor insisted they go to church.
You dont see any u.s flags in this town. Chole picked the worst place to have an incident like this. They considered her to be a spy or enemy agent or soldier.
They kept her in the woods near where it happened. After houers of being griled in the cold. She was arrested for murder.
She hoped that this would blow over. It was an accident. She was being labeb a terrorist. She was manhandled as she was put in cuffs.she was led to car. She was put in a jail.
She was put before really a show trial. No one would defend her. Her lawyer was a tax attorney. He had never seen a day in a court room. The judge was a cousign to the deceased. The lawyer was not alowed to bring a motion for the judge to recuse himself. He got finned.
She was found guilty and sentenced ti life in prison. She was shocked and degraded . How could this had happened. It was a travisty of justice. She was not sure what really hapened. She regretted that. She wanted to know the truth.
She wore the cloths she wore at her arest. She wore a white sweter and jeens. They put her in hand cuffs, shackles. They made them as tight as posible.
She was put on a prison buss. She was put on a buss with male and female inmates. They put her next in to two male inmates . they made lewed remarks to her. The corrections officer watched but did not intervene.
The buss arived at the prison. The prison used to be a ranch. It was sold to the county. Now it was used as a prison. The men and women were separated and brought to separate intake areas.
Her shackles were removed. As were the shackles of the new arrivals. They were male and female gaurds who were nearby. The supervisor incisted that they strip.
Chole pulled up her sweater to her head. She pulled it up and took it off.she then pulled of a white under shirt she wore underneth the sweater. She unzipped her jeens and pulled it to her feet. She took it off.
She was now in just her bra and panties. She unclasp her bra. She pulled it off. She pulled down her panties down her leggs and to her feet. She retracted it.
She was completly naked now. The room was very cold. She and her fellow inmates shivered several times. She had to stand naked for quite a while.
A fenale c.o took out gloves and pushed her hand inside her. She was given an saline solution to expel anything that might be there. She had no ilicit substances in her anal cavity.
She was given a shower. The watter was ice cold. They made her stay in there for a time. The sampo was not desolving. They were drying off with towels.
Then she was given her uniform. It was a two peace black and white stripe uniform. The shirt was two sizes too short. It was supposed to be a full shirt. It only went to her belly buton. The pants were long pants but went to her knes. She felt weird.
Her living qurters were in a barn. She was made to work around the rance. She was barefoot.all of her felow unmates wore uniform that did bot fit right.
The work was not that hard. She made friends with her fellow inmates.the wreather was good. There was no stress.
She and her barn mate amber had become close. Neither were lesbians. It was a bit chily at night. They did not have any blankets so they cuddled. She loved the feel of her skin on her. They kissed .
She came to embrace her incarceration. She had no thought of leaving. In her free time she walked hand in hand with amber.
Choe got a hold of a phone and called the fbi. The fbi arived and found that the prison was illegal. She got a lawyer who filled a habious corpus bref. She was released.
She only spent a couple of weels there. She went back to her home. She went to her college. Her guilty verdict was vacated. A coroner’s inquest found that he was already dead when she hit him.the cause of death was drug overdose. She was fully exonerated.
She graduated from colege. She was maried and had a son and daughter. This was a distent memory.
The idea of an area that was nw er admited to the union is inspired by franklin. Frankin was never admited to the union and became part of tenisee. This area is fictional. I made up the blue gazebo revolt..
This is a work of fantasy and fiction. No research was done. Most of it i totaly made up. It does not reflect reality.
